The B8 8112 ZoneControl® CR DSA+ is Bilstein's most advanced direct-fit front coilover — everything in the standard 8112 CR, plus external 3-way adjustability, fitted here for Hilux N70/N80.

• ZoneControl® CR damping — 3 compression zones and 2 rebound zones controlled by 3 independent pistons.
• Dual Speed Adjustable (DSA) compression with adjustable JCO — click-adjuster knobs give precise control of both low-speed and high-speed compression, plus an adjustable internal bump stop (JCO). Low-speed adjustment tunes stability through cornering and braking; high-speed adjustment manages sharp hits without bottoming out.
• Rebound Cut-Off (RCO) system — dissipates spring energy after a big hit and eliminates harsh top-out without an external limit strap.
• 60mm remote reservoir, nitrogen-infused monotube design with a floating dividing piston for consistent, fade-free damping.
• Threaded spring seat — ride height adjustable, pre-loaded to the factory recommended height.
• Chrome 5/8in heim joint mounting with rubber-sealed misalignment spacers. Owner rebuildable and revalvable. Made in the USA by Bilstein. Limited 2-year warranty.

Fitment

N70 Hilux: direct bolt-in, no modification required.
N80 Hilux: requires an additional mounting bracket — included with this kit.
