Bilstein B8 8112 ZoneControl CR Front Coilovers — Hilux N70/N80

The B8 8112 ZoneControl® CR is Bilstein's flagship position-sensitive front coilover — the same 2.65in remote-reservoir platform used on Bilstein's top-tier US truck applications, fitted here for Hilux N70/N80.

• ZoneControl® CR damping — 3 compression zones and 2 rebound zones controlled by 3 independent pistons, giving a plush ride over small bumps and progressively firmer control as the shock moves deeper into its travel.
• Jounce Cut-Off (JCO) system — a 2-stage telescoping internal compression stop provides bottom-out control without needing an external hydraulic bump stop.
• Rebound Cut-Off (RCO) system — dissipates spring energy and stabilises the suspension immediately after a big hit, and eliminates harsh top-out without an external limit strap.
• 60mm remote reservoir for increased oil capacity and cooling under sustained off-road use.
• Threaded spring seat — fine-tune ride height across a 2.5–6in adjustment range.
• Chrome 5/8in heim joint mounting with rubber-sealed misalignment spacers for a durable, load-bearing mount.
• Aluminium components with zinc-plated shock bodies to resist off-road corrosion. Factory rebuildable. Made in the USA by Bilstein.

Fitment

N70 Hilux: direct bolt-in, no modification required.
N80 Hilux: requires an additional mounting bracket — included with this kit.
